The Law Enforcement Advanced Data Reporting System is an Austin-based nonprofit organization serving Texas Law Enforcement since 2003.

PROGRAM MANAGER
Brian Grubbs is currently the Program Manager for the Law Enforcement Advanced Data Reporting System (LEADRS). Brian became a police officer in 1998, with 10 years as a patrol supervisor. Brian holds a Master TCOLE certification.

JERARD COLLINS
ASST PROGRAM MANAGER
Jerard Collins currently oversees field operations for the LEADRS program. Jerard was a was a full-time peace officer with the Huntsville Police Department and currently is a reserve officer with the department. Jerard has used the LEADRS system extensively and entered over 200 DWI arrest into the system.

Jimmy Rodriguez
LEADRS Specialist
Jimmy Rodriguez facilitates training and implementation of LEADRS in the field. Jimmy was a peace officer with the Keller Police Department from 2002-2018 and accumulated over 400 DWI arrest in the LEADRS system alone.

Chris Clements
LEADRS Specialist
Chris Clements facilitates training and implementation of the LEADRS program in the field. Chris retired from the Lewisville Police Department at the rank of Asst Chief and has been using LEADRS since 2006, entering over 980 cases into the system. He is a Master Peace Officer, DRE, and a reserve deputy with the Wiliamson County Sheriff’s Office.

Jordan Smith
Lead Data Analyst
Jordan Smith is the Lead Analyst for LEADRS. He currently oversees all data requests from law enforcement agencies, TxDOT, and the public. He is also involved in analyzing data from multiple traffic programs in order to implement data-driven strategies for traffic safety.
