I have reviewed thousands of Intoxication Crime reports; from DWIs to Intoxication Manslaughters.  While many agencies use many different forms, it is always comforting to open a case file and see a LEADRS report:  I know that I am going to be able to find all of the required information and that it will always be in the same place.  I only wish LEADRS existed when I was working the streets.
